Couple hides money in diapers and powdered milk from supermarket to help needy families

A couple from California (USA) has been hiding money in packages of diapers and packages of powdered milk from several supermarkets to help needy families.

They, who have a baby and have already faced several financial problems, said that they “know better” what it’s like to get home and practically have nothing to eat…

Now that they’re more financially stable, they’ve decided to help others who may be struggling to pay their bills!

Since last year, Krystal and Patrick Duhaney have been to several stores in Southern California and have hidden up to $1,000 in cash inside baby products, such as diapers and formula.

Each product earns a $20 bill, which they hope will somehow help parents of babies and children in times of post-pandemic and unemployment.

According to People magazine, Patrick and Krystal have two children (one of them is still a baby) and today they claim to be better financially speaking. All thanks to the woman’s company, which specializes in products that promote breastfeeding.

At first, however, they went through a lot of hardships.

“Being a parent can be tough!” admitted Krystal, who is a nurse, in a post shared on Instagram. “When we had our first child, we struggled to survive. Now that I have a successful business, I wanted to give back because I know how difficult it can be.”

So she and her husband went to various California grocery stores and supermarkets, where they hide the bills in baby items.

“As parents raising two young children, it’s really important for us to let our kids know that kindness is important and that you never know what someone is going through. We hope to brighten their day and spread joy and kindness.

The couple’s attitude of pure empathy conquered social media – and so did we!

“It warmed my heart,” wrote one netizen. “This is beautiful! Thank you for bringing smiles to the families who will receive these gifts,” said another.
