The 19-year-old is currently doing her mandatory military service in the Isreali air force, according to the Times of Israel. But the Gen Z beauty is also a hot model and fledging actress, having already modelled for Kim Kardashian’s KKW Beauty label, alongside other modelling gigs, and has an instagram following of nearly a million followers.
Shelbia is reportedly dating 35-year-old Bradon Korff, the grandson of the late CBS and Viacom billionaire Sumner Redstone.
This isn’t the first time she has caught the attention of the prestigious list – she was ranked No. 3 earlier in 2018, and second last year, before taking the top spot this time around.
TC Candler has partnered with The Independent Critics to publish its annual list since 1990. T seeking to compile a representative list of the modern ideal of world beauty.
